A New Wolf Enters The Limelight...

Hello. My name is Switchtail, and I'm a fighter. Also, until someone challenges me and wins, or I die, I'm my pack's Alpha Female. There is only me at the moment, but I hope that now that I'm here, more will flock. Let me tell you a little about myself. Listen closely, cause I'm only saying this once. I'm the first of the Singepack, and I will stand loyal to it forever. If you are blind, then I'm a dark purple she-wolf with onyx eyes. My personality labels me as a mature adult she-wolf with a joy of a practical joke every now and again. Who's kidding? I may be mature, but who wouldn't love a good old leg puller? I'm a outgoing yet shy being and I love the way I am. I wouldn't change me for the world. My most distinguishing feature is my double tipped tail. If you look closer, you can see my pelt is many a shade of purple. Not just a midnight blue-red mix. I laze about, waiting for something exciting to happen. I blink and close my eyes for a short period until I hear a shrieking sound. I snap my eyelids open and and bring myself to my feet. I glance around, looking for the source. Right outside the den is a velvet crow, obviously in a hurt. I pad over to its side and ask, "What's the matter, little crow?" The black bird glares up at me and shrills out, " I have a thistle stuck in me wing, ya big brute!" I growl out a 'whatever' and paw at the wing for him to show me. He sticks his wing out and caws loudly. I spot the trouble and instantly bite down on it, getting a good grip. I gently pull outwards, getting a wing in the muzzle as the velvet crow tries to flap out of my teeth. I pull outwards one more time and the thistle is out. I spit it out and nudge the bird with my muzzle, sending the crow off into the forest. He circles back and lands on my head. He reaches down with his neck in front of my eyes and gives a barely audible 'thanks.' Then he's off again. I turn around to lay back down on my moose pelt I have strewn across the floor of the den. I blink and close my eyes, drifting off to sleep.
